The 8th grade girls traveled to Lake Central to take on Clark for the first game of the season. The girls jumped out to an early lead and continued to stay with the lead for the rest of the game. The girls played good defense throughout the game. Gabbi Danbury, Katie Stefanoski, and Lia Paramantgis led the team on defense. Katie Stfanoski and Natalia Becvarovski and Stella Markoska led the team in scoring.
