The Taft 7th Grade “A” Team earned a 26–13 home victory over Grimmer. The Lady Bulldogs were led by Cataleya Hernandez with 9 points. Pyper Hatfield added 5 points, and Ava Gutierrez chipped in 4 points. The Taft 7th Grade “B” Team would also take on the Grimmer Gladiators and come away with the victory by a score of 30-3 in a well-rounded effort by all the Lady Bulldogs. Anable Lagunas and Jordyn Peterson would each lead the way with 6 points, and Gracen Hus would add 5 points to her total as well. Taft returns to action on Tuesday, 2/24, at 5:00 p.m. at home against East Chicago Block.
